End-to-end WEEE Recycling

The annual generation of e-waste materials in India is about 2 million TPA (tones per annum), but only 4, 38,085 TPA is recycled. Being one of the noted and responsible e waste recycling companies in Noida, we really understand the concern how the growing volumes of e-waste can be. We are here to provide dynamic modules to handle increasing volume of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) waste.

Our WEEE recycling center encompasses end-to-end processing of e-waste. As our recycling facility is registered and certified by CPCB, our safe & secured WEEE recycling process ensures there should be complete protection of environment with maximum recovery out of end-of-life electronic equipment.

Our state-of-the-art de-manufacturing line combines high-tech automation and manual processing methods ensure that the e-waste materials can be sorted, dismantled and shredded safely.  With the use of advanced e-waste recycling technology, we are able to extract maximum amount of valuable materials such as copper, aluminum, silver, gold from complicated electronic scrap.

Steps of E-waste Recycling Process

(Sourcing and Collection)Step 1: Procurement of e-waste materials from various sources such as businesses, households, industries etc.

(Sorting and Grading) Step 2:  Weighing and segregation of various e-waste materials for easy retrieval, Ascertaining repair, refurbishment and re-marketing, Recovering of reusable components

(Dismantling) Step 3: Dismantling end-of-life equipment into categories such as plastic, glass, metals, cables, PCBs etc. and separating them for the convenience of WEEE Recycling.

(Shredding) Step 4:  Shredding into smaller pieces, Segregation of metals from plastic and recovery of metals like aluminum, copper, precious metals.

(Disposal) Step 5: Disposing of the hazardous elements for final disposal.
The electronic goods industry has been showing a massive growth due to demand of new products which are being introduced. Massive flooding of new products has resulted in huge amount of outdated and unutilised electronic equipment's. This WEEE contains hazardous material such as mercury, lead etc and should be recycled properly. Considering the severity of these e-waste substances, there is use of advanced technology and scientific way of recycling by e waste recycling companies in Noida.   As these e-waste components are made of commodities which are re-saleable and re-usable that makes WEEE recycling industry economically viable
